Astrodienst uses encryption (TLSv.1.2) for security to protect transmission of confidential content. The data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties. Your chart is private and information is confidential.
Collection & Use of Personal Data
The creation of a horoscope requires the entry of birth data: time, date, place of birth, name and your email address. By submitting this information, you give us your consent to collect this data to draw up the chart. Payment is with order.
Upon completion of the chart, you will receive an email confirming your Astro Report. We include a complimentary20-minute phone consultation with your chart. Your data will then be deleted from the Astrodienst program. But if you wish us to retain a copy of your chart, please contact us and confirm by email.

Facebook Pay
For the convienence of our Facebook friends, we use Facebook Pay to process orders. Facebook Pay is a seamless and secure method to make payments. All data relevant to your order: name, address, email, products purchased and payment method is stored on the Facebook Pay platform.
It is linked to our PayPal.me account for those who wish to use alternate payment method. We will send you a link so you chose the preferred payment method, Paypal, bank or debit or credit card.

PayPal is our online payment processor. Payments are processed via PayPal account which are managed via an e-mail address. By selecting this payment option, you agree to the transfer of personal data required for payment processing.
